We will begin accepting FORMS for registration postmarked on or after December 9, 2009. Early arrivals will be returned. All squad request must come in the same envelope, if they do not we can not promise that we can fulfill your requests.
Please be sure and print clearly. Be sure and mark all appropriate boxes -- Class, Category or Age. A list of registered applicants will be posted on the website with all the information necessary to score the match.
